After the Asset is registered and $10 USD paid to Twizzles LLC, the asset data can be managed by looking up the Digital Asset with the Digital Signature, then entering the Password and Registration Code.

Provide the Asset Name, save the Description, specify the Asset Owner, Link to the location of the Asset as a reference, create the Digital Signature identifying that Asset as unique, specify the type of Asset, provide the Owner's contact information, save the Registration Code and create a Password. A Digital Asset can include any Property of value that is electronic, such as source code, algorithm, non fungible token (NFT), photograph, gif, png, image, video, audio, content, writing, book, publication, note, drawing, rendering, research paper, website, system, architecture, game, creation, invention, and more. A Digital Asset is Property that is typically intangible versus tangible property, although pictures and images of tangible property can be included. While a Person isn't Property, the Person may register a Digital Asset that includes the Person's image, voice, audio, content, and name.
Complete the Digital Asset Registration Form, including creating the Digital Signature and accepting the Twizzles LLC policies. Then make the Financial payment of $10 USD at the Payment Link.
To have a proper digital asset registration, don't encrypt contents of the Registration, such as Asset Owner Name, Digital Asset Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Mailing Address, Company Name, Professional Title, or Asset Description. Encrypting those data fields, or utilizing language(s) other than English, may be considered out of Twizzles LLC policy compliance, and could result in deleted registration. A utilization of the Digital Asset Registration is to provide contact information and links to reference(s) of the Digital Asset(s) to protect the asset from unauthorized utilization by providing a process to make proper requests with contact information. Registration(s) may be deleted, if the financial payment isn't made or if the registration doesn't meet those requirements mentioned.
Twizzles LLC recommends that trademarks or inventions of novel utility and design are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and an invention owner may register the Digital Asset before, during, or after the patent process to establish the invention and owner on the Digital Asset Registry.
The registration data of the Digital Asset can be updated on the Digital Asset Registry, with required Digital Signature, Registration Code and Password established during registration, at any time by the authorized Digital Asset Owner and is recommended when the Contact data is changed or there is a new reference to the asset.
An Individual or Organization who created or owns a Digital Asset, or an authorized Person or Organization officially assigned by the Asset Owner, can register the Digital Asset. A Digital Asset Owner may include the original Digital Asset creator or an individual or Organization who purchased and owns the Digital Asset. An Asset Owner may include Chief Executive Officer, Inventor, Principal, Professional, Business Owner, Content Creator, Influencer, Computer Programmer, Designer, Author, Engineer, Actor, Individual, University, Organization, Student, Architect, or Corporation.
An Inventor who has obtained or is planning to obtain a Patent, Copyright or Trademark from the United States Patent Office can register a Digital Asset, although the Digital Asset Registry's purpose is to provide references to Digital Assets and generate a Digital Signature, and contact information that can support the self governance and proper utilization of an owned Asset.
An Individual who creates an original Digital Asset has the right to keep, own, and manage the creation, free from unauthorized utilization. The Digital Asset Registration provides mechanism where a Digital Asset creator can register and manage a reference to the asset and create an important Digital Signature that can be utilized to identify the Asset as the Owner's. Important. The Digital Asset Registration provides a central reference of Digital Assets that can be utilized to establish the Digital Asset Owner, provides a Digital Signature that can be included on the Digital Asset as unique identifier, and facilitates the authorized utilization of the Digital Asset.
