Twizzles LLC provides Customers with Business Process Components, File Management System, Business Strategies, Proprietary Software, Administration, Overseeing and Advisory, Factbooks, Customized or Configured software, Information databases, and Innovation Planning and Management, via Power with Twizzles. Power with Twizzles was inspired from the original proprietary version of software that Twizzles LLC created to manage Business Processes, and recognizes that Businesses benefit from the organized Business Information stored in Database. That information stored in the Database, with the Power with Twizzles Business Process Components, are designed with current and future planned Business growth of adding Innovation, People and Revenue. Twizzles LLC, registered Company with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is different than an IT company, and although Twizzles LLC provides proprietary Software, the Twizzles LLC Executive has Business, Goods and Services design, development and implementation experience. Twizzles LLC provides Twizzles LLC Customers with Business Process Components, Business Strategies, Proprietary software, Administration, Overseeing and Advisory, factbooks, customized or configured software, information databases, and Innovation Planning and Management, via Power with Twizzles. Power with Twizzles provides Customers with set of standard Process Components to manage Business. The Process Components can work with Customer's unique processes, and can be customized. The Components work on any size computer or smart phone with Internet connected Browser and store information in database repository. Twizzles LLC provides the Power with Twizzles to Customers, who adhere to the Twizzles LLC Power with Twizzles Terms of Utilization, Prohibit Utilization of Identity, Name, Likeness, Image, Person, and Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy. There are more than twenty nine Business Process Components, and Twizzles LLC continues adding more, based on anticipated and approved Customer requirements.
Twizzles LLC provides Business Process Components as Power with Twizzles that Twizzles LLC Customers can utilize managing Business, and the scope of Goods and Services include,
Login credentials that provide access to Customer specific partition of the HTTP (Hypertext Transport Protocol) file Server where Customer Files and Information can be stored, access to Customer customized Process Components that Customers can utilize to manage Business Processes and save Business information to the Database.
Customization of Customer selected Components, including option of including unique Company Name, Products, Prices, Business Objectives, Portfolios, Types, Statuses.
Store Files of any File Type on the HTTP (Hypertext Transport Protocol) File Server that is Password protected, and stored in segmented area that is allocated to the Customer, with defined Storage Limit, with option to upgrade.
The option to purchase new Business Process Components, integrations, customizations.
The option to purchase additional File Server space.
The option to purchase unique dedicated Databases, unique Dedicated URLs, and custom configured electronic Order and Payments pages where Customers can provide Order page and Payments page to their Customers.
The option to purchase of additional Employee Login Credentials with Security Access per Employee Level.
The option of adding Customer support hours per month with ten hours segments to build customizations, integrations, and support dedicated Servers, Databases, Internet sites, integrations, customizations.
The option to purchase Business Prompts that provide Executive and Functional or Department Leaders to define Business Strategies and Vision Statements of their Company, resulting in Annual Report of Business Plans and Achievements.
Customers are required to make the initial purchase payment, then month per month financial payment to Twizzles LLC, and or adhere to the Payments schedules defined in the unique Customer Agreements in signed contracts with Twizzles LLC. The Twizzles LLC Goods and Services available, along with Pricing, are described on the Order page.
Purchasing Power with Twizzles or any Agreement, interaction, or proximity near Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC People, and affiliated Businesses and People, doesn't authorize the access or utilization of any Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC Affiliated Businesses and People, or Twizzles LLC Employee's Person, Identity, Asset, Liability, Information, Resource, Program, Service, System, Goods, Data, Likeness, Name, Image, or Products, other than the specific process Components or specified Twizzles LLC goods or service provided with the Power with Twizzles Components made available to the Customers at https://www.powerwithtwizzles.com, or another specified location authorized from Twizzles LLC 100% managed from Twizzles LLC.
Verbal contracts or commands aren't accepted to enter into Business with Twizzles LLC Company, People, or its Goods and Services, and requires that Prospective Customers, Customers, and other People or Organizations don't create sub processes or any process around Twizles LLC People or Property, without the written request to and written permission from the Twizzles LLC Executive. Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the utilization of Twizzles LLC People or Affiliated People to initiate Processes from Systems, Programs without their consent.
Contracts are in effect between Twizzles LLC and Customer when Customer clicks the corresponding check boxes and clicks Proceed with Order or Make Request, on the respective Order Page and or the Requests Page, that the Customer accepts and adheres to the Twizzles LLC Terms of Utilization, Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy, Twizzles LLC Prohibit Utilization of Identity, Name, Likeness, Information, Image, Person Policy and or agrees to via relevant written or electronic signature, the unique Customer Agreement contract with Twizzles LLC.
Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the access to, utilization of, or permissions to Power with Twizzles or any Twizzles LLC Employee's or Affiliated Person's Person, Identity, Asset, Liability, proprietary Information, Resource, Program, Source Code, System, Network, Data, Likeness, Name, Image, Goods, Service, Property, or Products to conduct, promote, or participate in illegal, immoral or unethical activities, or any activity that isn't in compliance with the Twizzles LLC Policies. Twizzles LLC has specified out of scope Business areas in specified Twizzles LLC Out of Scope business defined in the Out of Scope Policy that can be requested via requests.powerwithtwizzles.com and these and other specified out of scope businesses and individuals aren't to utilize Power with Twizzles, who reserves the right to unauthorize utilization to any Person, Organization or Business. Custom requests with Twizzles LLC can be made via the standard Request process at requests.powerwithtwizzles.com, or the Order Process at order.powerwithtwizzles.com. Twizzles LLC requires all Twizzles LLC Customers and prospective Customers and affiliated Businesses and People to be in compliance with the official United States of America Laws, official Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Twizzles LLC Policies.
Twizzles LLC recommends that Twizzles LLC Customers, who utilize Power with Twizzles to store Customer and or Employee identifiable information that is isn't considered public, and that may require level of Privacy protection, to purchase dedicated Database with dedicated URL, and implement methods of managing that information that is consistent with good Security practices. Twizzles LLC can provide these specific services with the purchase of the Custom Database, URL and Custom Components Effort, that is $2525 per month including twenty hours of custom Power with Twizzles components effort, plus $525 per year that purchases the URL and Database, in addition to any additional agreed upon payments required based on approved Customer customization needs.
Twizzles LLC requires that Customers utilize authentic Customer Names and Company information when registering, and prohibits the utilization of false personas or false identities when purchasing and utilizing Twizzles LLC goods and services. If there is topic or request that Individual Person prefers to send as Anonymous via requests.powerwithtwizzles.com, Twizzles LLC Executive will review those and manage as appropriate, although Twizzles LLC prefers and requests that People utilize their authentic names and identities.
Twizzles LLC prohibits the unauthorized accessing, viewing, sharing, copying, storing, retrieval, replicating, viewing of source code, designs, algorithms, images, Information, Assets, liability, Resources, Goods, Services, Programs, Products, Components, marketing, informational sites, internet sites, such as https://www.powerwithtwizzles.com, or any information or asset, liability, or resource, from any Person, Organization, Process, Program, or System, regardless of the purpose or intention. Twizzles LLC has identified financial fee that Individuals will be requested to pay and may result in additional payments.
Twizzles LLC requires Customers to be more than the age of twenty years when utilizing Power with Twizzles and any Twizzles LLC products or services, unless written permission is requested via requests.powerwithtwizzles.com, and written authorization is provided in writing from Twizzles LLC Executive, and requests that there isn't personal information, such as Employee specific information, of any Person who is less than twenty years of age stored in Power with Twizzles databases or HTTP servers.
Twizzles LLC respects Personal information and Privacy, and requires that Customers respect and protect information that is being saved in the Database or on the File Server, and stores Business specific information that adheres to official United States of America Privacy Laws. Refer to Saving Information and the Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy.
The Requests page provides place where People can initiate requests from Twizzles LLC via https://requests.powerwithtwizzles.com. Twizzles LLC appreciates value, and credible Businesses and Professional People can make requests or initiate new Business considerations via the Requests page. The Request Page can be utilized to initiate requests, including and not limited to, Twizzles LLC Policies information, Order new Products, Request meetings or information of the Twizzles LLC Goods and Services, Request enhancements or improvements, initiate requests to have Data provided from Customer database, speak with the Twizzles LLC Executive, request information of Orders and Payments, send compliment to Twizzles LLC Employee, request Custom orders, and create new Requests Types.
Twizzles LLC may monitor utilization of file servers and Database and require upgrade with corresponding financial payment, if utilization of those services goes beyond the designated file server and database storage allotment, and will communicate relevant information with Customers via email, if utilization is nearing the authorized limit.
Twizzles LLC requests and stores Customer specific information, including and not limited to Customer Name, Company Name, Email, Phone, and Mailing Address. Twizzles LLC can provide that specific information, and all Customer provided information stored in the Power with Twizzles LLC authorized Database, without Twizzles LLC proprietary information, to authenticated Twizzles LLC Customers, who request their information, and require that information as an export from the database, outside of the standard reports available with Power with Twizzles Business Process Components. Requests to obtain information stored in the Twizzles LLC system can be made at requests.powerwithtwizzles.com, and will have financial payment of $3555 required, then $597 each hour after twenty hours of Twizzles LLC effort.
Refer to the Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy that describes the information captured and the process of managing preferences and requests, including the type of information captured from Internet Browsers, and data saved from Customers.
Twizzles LLC authorized Goods and Services purchases, or any written Business Agreement or Contract with, or interaction with or proximity near Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC People, or Affiliated People doesn't authorize the access of, utilization of, or permissions to Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC Person, Twizzles LLC Affiliated Businesses and People, or Twizzles LLC Employee's Person, Identity, Asset, Liability, Property, Proprietary Information, Resource, Program, Source Code, System, Network, Data, Likeness, Name, or Image. Twizzles LLC authorized utilization of the specific Business Process Components, or specified Twizzles LLC goods, products or service provided with the Power with Twizzles Components made available to the Twizzles LLC Customers via https://www.powerwithtwizzles.com, or another specified location authorized from Twizzles LLC and 100% managed from Twizzles LLC, must be in compliance with the Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy, Twizzles LLC Terms of Utilization Policy, and the Twizzles LLC Prohibit the Utilization of Identity, Name, Likeness, Information, Image, Person Policy, the official Laws of the United States of America, the official Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and specific unique Twizzles LLC Business Contracts signed per Twizzles LLC Customer.
Conversations, Communications or Interaction with or about, or proximity near People, including and not limited to, Twizzles LLC Owner, Twizzles LLC employed Persons, Twizzles LLC Affiliated Businesses and People, Twizzles LLC Customers, Twizzles LLC Prospective Customers, Twizzles LLC Goods Providers, Twizzles LLC Services Providers, and, Conversations, Communications or Interaction with or about, or proximity near Property or places of Gathering where Twizzles LLC Employed People may be present, including and not limited to, Twizzles LLC Office Buildings, Rental Offices or Facilities, Online, Personal Spaces, doesn't authorize the access of, utilization of, or permissions to Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC Owner, Twizzles LLC Employed Person, Twizzles LLC Affiliated Businesses and People, and or Twizzles LLC Employee's Person, Identity, Asset, Liability, proprietary Information, Resource, Program, Source Code, System, Network, Data, Likeness, Name, Image, Goods, Service, Property, or Products.
Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the utilization of Power with Twizzles or any Twizzles LLC Person, asset, liability, information, or resource to conduct illegal, immoral, unethical activities, or any activity that isn't in compliance with the Twizzles LLC policies and guidelines, and prohibits the utilization or access of the Power with Twizzles or any Twizzles LLC Asset, liability, Information, Resource, Service, Goods, Data, in specified Twizzles LLC Out of Scope business defined in the Out of Scope Policy that can be requested via requests.powerwithtwizzles.com. Environments that have specified strict regulatory requirements of managing protected data require process of having Twizzles LLC review any type of request and if agrees to take on that work, there is required specific unique Customer Agreement with Twizzles LLC and Customer, to best manage information and data, and require dedicated Database segmented from other data sources, encryption, dedicated Uniform Resource Locator (URL), specific methods of managing that information, structured Policies, Procedures, defined Responsibilities. Twizzles LLC has identified full scope of Businesses that aren't to utilize Power with Twizzles, and reserves the right to unauthorize utilization. Custom requests can be arranged with Twizzles LLC with the Custom option and strict data management policies can be addressed with that option. Twizzles LLC requires all Twizzles LLC Customers and prospective Customers and affiliated Businesses and People to be in compliance with the official Laws of the United States of America and official Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Twizzles LLC requires that any Person, Customer, Prospective Customer, Individual, Business, or Organization interacting with, or working with, viewing, or proximity near Twizzles LLC and the Twizzles LLC People, affiliated People, and Property doesn't build Programs, Systems, Processes on or around Twizzles LLC People, Property, or affiliated People or Property, without written request and written permission from the specific People. Any Program, System or Process where Twizzles LLC People, Affiliated People, Property, are enrolled or included, is required to be made known with clear definitions, inputs, processes, results, and Owners and Managers of those, with opt out and stop options, to those specific People, via writing, in Email and or Mail. The term Affiliated People includes, and isn't limited to, People of Personal and Professional Networks, Service Providers, Customers, Prospective Customers, Goods Providers. Twizzles LLC prefers value, of course, and any Person or Organization, who may have ideas of particpating with Twizzles LLC as providing Goods and Services, can initiaite requests via Requests page.
Twizzles LLC may contract with or purchase goods and services from credible Goods and Services providers, such as a Payment Card Industry (PCI) electronics payments processor to process financial payments owed to Twizzles LLC. These Goods and Services providers are expected to adhere to the Twizzles LLC Policies and official Laws of the United States of America, including the prohibition of utilizing Twizzles LLC Employee and Customers or their information, without permission. Twizzles LLC interations with these authorized credible Goods and Services Providers may be tracked in the form of written words and pictures from electronic messages or systems utilized when interacting with these People and their Systems. Communications, such as Email, messages, text messages, or points of view from Phone conversations may be saved in the Twizzles LLC database, and utilized with the Requests Management process, Business Policy Management, and additional Twizzles LLC Business processes to have efficient and effective processes. Twizzles LLC provides a secure Login to authorized Twizzles LLC Goods and Services Providers, who may want to view information captured from interactions with their People or Systems. During this process, Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the utilization of Twizzles LLC Customer or Employee data, unless there is a specific request that is made in writing to a specific Customer with the type of data and purpose of accessing that data, such as to provide database upgrade process, and to test that data is stored in the database as expected. Twizzles LLC Customers can request information that describes the Goods and Services Providers and their responsibilities. Requests from Twizzles LLC Goods and Services providers and Twizzles LLC Customers to obtain this information can be requested via the Requests page.
