The Digital Asset Registration provides an Asset Owner with the option to register the Digital Asset data and to create a unique Digital Signature, which can facilitate the proper protection and use of Digital Assets.

1.1.2.2.2. Save Digital Asset Registration data, such as the Asset Name, Asset Owner, Asset Description, Link to the Digital Asset, Company, Professional Title, Email, Mailing Address, Unique Digital Signature.

1.1.2.3.Twizzles LLC accepts $10 USD registration fee per Digital Asset registered at https://www.powerwithtwizzles.com/registerdigitalasset.php and may utilize an approved Payment Card (PCI) provider to accept Credit Card payments.

1.1.2.4. Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the access to, utilization of, or permissions to Twizzles LLC Goods or Services, Affiiated Person, or Property to conduct, promote, or participate in illegal, immoral, lewd, unethical, or any activity that isn't in compliance with the Twizzles LLC Policies or United States of America Laws.

1.1.2.5. Twizzles LLC requires that Digital Asset Registration includes data describing the Asset and the Owner of the asset, including Asset Owner, Asset Name, Asset Description, Company, Professional Title, Email, Phone Number. Twizzles LLC requires the data to be described utilizing the English language without encryption. Don't store or link to any violent, lewd, illegal, immoral or unethical content on the Digital Asset Registration inventory or any Twizzles LLC site, and register only those works that are created or owned by the Digital Asset Owner.

1.1.2.6. Twizzles LLC may delete any digital asset registration that encrypts data fields, doesn't utilize English language, that stores or links to content tagged as unacceptable. Twizzles LLC reserves the right to delete any asset registration at any time.

1.1.2.7. Twizzles LLC requires that Customer utilize authentic Name and Company information when registering, and prohibits the utilization of false personas or false identities when purchasing and utilizing Twizzles LLC goods and services. If there is request that Individual Person prefers to send Anonymously, request can be made at requests.powerwithtwizzles.com.

1.1.2.8. Twizzles LLC continues making and has produced thousands of unique copyrighted works, including, and not limited to, the Power with Twizzles Business Components, Digital Asset Registry, Twizzles LLC Source Code, Twizzles LLC Web Pages, and powerwithtwizzles.com. Utilizations of or references to the Twizzles LLC assets, require written request and written approval from Twizzles LLC. Twizzles LLC requests that individual utilizing content produced or owned by Twizzles LLC and made available on the Internet without required login credentials, such as powerwithtwizzles.com/index.html, utilize good practices that respect the content and cite the source of content if refererencing an item. Requests to reference or utilize Twizzles LLC Copyright, Digital Asset, or any Twizzles LLC invention or proprietary work, can be requested at requests.powerwithtwizzles.com.

1.1.2.9. Accessing Twizzles LLC property without permission may result with financial penalties paid to Twizzles LLC ranging from $100 to $1000 USD per day per page, source code, access, or proprietary work per Person and or Organization and Twizzles LLC reserves the right to increase financial penalty(ies).
