The Power with Twizzles Business Components can be accessed from Browsers, Phone Screens, and Desktops as Business Professionals work from any Internet Connected Computing device, such as Smart Phone, Tablet, Smart Television, and Desktop. Software installation, beyond standard Browsers, isn't required. Power with Twizzles can provide licensed Professionals, Professional Firms, Entrepreneurs, Small, Medium, Big Businesses, and Organizations, who are interested in organizing business data, while conducting Company business from a system that provides quick availability of data while in the Office or travelling.

1.1.2.1. Power with Twizzles can be utilized as Enterprise Management of Company data and processes, with the set of standard Process segments called Business Components, to manage Business. Small, Medium and Big Businesses can utilize Power with Twizzles. Universities can recommend or require Power with Twizzles to students of the various Schools, to save the Individual Student's Intellectual Property and work products authorized to keep, such as the Student's research, work products, and the authorized University materials, and have the system be the foundation of the professional upon graduation that can continue to be added upon. Twizzles LLC authorized Goods and Services purchases, or any written Business Agreement or Contract with, or interaction with, or proximity near Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC People, or Affiliated People doesn't authorize the access of, utilization of, or permissions to Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC Person, Twizzles LLC Affiliated Businesses and People, or Twizzles LLC Employee's Person, Identity, Asset, Liability, Property, Proprietary Information, Resource, Program, Source Code, System, Network, Data, Likeness, Name, or Image, other than the standard utilization of Twizzles LLC Goods and Services, including, Power with Twizzles, via Business Components that require Twizzles LLC Executive provided unique and authorized Login credential.

Twizzles LLC authorized utilization of the specific Business Components, or specified Twizzles LLC goods, products or service provided with the Power with Twizzles Components made available to the Twizzles LLC Customers at https://www.powerwithtwizzles.com/[clientname], or another specified location authorized from Twizzles LLC and 100% managed from Twizzles LLC, must be in compliance with the Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy, Twizzles LLC Terms of Utilization Policy, and the Twizzles LLC Prohibit Unauthorized Utilization Policy, relvant official laws of the United States of America, and Customer specific terms from Twizzles LLC Custom agreements, if relevant.

Conversations, Communications or Interaction with or about, or proximity near People, including and not limited to, Twizzles LLC Owner, Twizzles LLC employed Persons, Twizzles LLC Affiliated Businesses and People, Twizzles LLC Customers, Twizzles LLC Prospective Customers, Twizzles LLC Goods Providers, Twizzles LLC Services Providers, and, Conversations, Communications or Interaction with or about, or proximity near Property or places of Gathering where Twizzles LLC Employed People may be present, including and not limited to, Twizzles LLC Office Buildings, Rental Offices or Facilities, Online, Personal Spaces, doesn't authorize the access of, utilization of, or permissions to Twizzles LLC, Twizzles LLC Owner, Twizzles LLC Employed Person, Twizzles LLC Affiliated Businesses and People, and or Twizzles LLC Employee's Person, Identity, Asset, Liability, proprietary Information, Resource, Program, Source Code, System, Network, Data, Likeness, Name, Image, Goods, Service, Property, or Products.

1.1.5. Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize the utilization of any Twizzles LLC Goods or Services, such as Power with Twizzles, or any Person, asset, liability, information, or resource to conduct illegal, immoral, unethical activities, or any activity that isn't in compliance with the Twizzles LLC policies and guidelines.
