Recommendations of Saving Information

The Power with Twizzles Process Components provide mechanism of saving information and storing files of various file types. Twizzles LLC recommends that any information saved in the Database adheres to the Twizzles LLC Privacy Policy, Twizzles LLC Terms of Utilization, and Twizzles LLC Use of Identity, Name, Likeness, Information, Image, Person Prohibited Policy.

Twizzles LLC advises that all Businesses saving professional information that may include Employee Plans, Customer data, and Personnel information, to purchase unique Database, URL, internet hosting, and dedicated Servers, with unique Login Credentials and unique File storage, and Databases that aren't stored with other Customers' files or data. The Order page provides information on those purchase options via Twizzles LLC.

When working with Customers, notify them of specific personal information, such as Name, Company Name and Title, Phone, Email, Mailing Address, that will be saved and viewed in the Business Process Components. Obtain permission to capture additional information or any Customer issued files, if there are personal or professional details beyond the standard Professional Profile.

If the Company has specific Regulations and Guidelines on managing Business Information, and adhere to those. Request to read such Information Policies from Customers.

Provide Customers with access to their information in agreed upon method and file type.

While the Company may be eager to build effective Marketing and Multi Channel Communications, don't utilize the Person or Organization, image, information, name and likeness, in any campaigns or Processes, without their permission, during the entire Program. Don't build campaigns or capabilities around People or their actions, without their written permission, and provide Opt Out mechanisms and Email Preferences management with communications.

If the Customer has agreed to receive Informational Emails, Account Changes, and Marketing Messages with Multi Channel Marketing or Digital Email Campaign, adhere to the United States of America Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) requirements of obtaining Opt In, and providing mechanism to Opt Out of Marketing Messages. Important Messages related to the account can be sent, regardless of Opt In Status, with important Account information and modifications, such as New Orders and Electric Payment Receipts.

Implementing Database Encryption creates method of unidentifying information as it is saved from the Process Component to the Database, and can be Encrypted while in the Database. This level of Encryption would make the Database require a decryption code to read information. Twizzles LLC doesn't authorize experimental Encryption methods, and doesn't authorize the utilization of Encryption to engage in shady or undefined subprocesses and activities that don't comply with the Twizzles LLC Policies and the United States of America and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Laws.

Purchasing dedicated Database and Hypertext Transport Protocol (HTTP) Server space is an option that provides Customer specific individual Login Credentials at the Database level, different that the Power with Twizzles Process Components, unique universal resource locator (URL), which is the Internet address where the Business Process Componetns are available, unique Customer specific Database name, unique HTTP place where files can be stored as file diretory. This provides an additional level of Security that is required to access the information stored in the database as the individual Customer data won't reside with other data sets when utilizing the Power with Twizzles Process Components. This can be purchased via the The Order page.

Twizzles LLC requires that Twizzles LLC Customer Businesses with more than two Employees purchase new Login credentials, and the Executive can identify information classes that are relevant to Employee job level, such as Owner, Manager/Supervisor, and Employee. The Owner can view all Employee Business data relevant to the Business, while the Employee can view that individual's data relevant to the Business, and Managers can view their Plans and and their Employees' plans.

Twizzles LLC advises Customers to utilize Good Practices while managing Business data, and provides integrations, customizations that can meet unique requests via the Custom option.
